Hannah Biggs creates one-off paintings to commission. Interested in exploring texture, the work is built up over many layers which Hannah then distresses by scratching through to reveal the layers beneath. As the work is created using a rich, dynamic mixed media, each painting has its own feel, unique to its owner and home.
